Business challenges
Lack of visibility
Content strategy misalignment

Solution: A Comprehensive LinkedIn Growth Strategy
We built a customized LinkedIn growth strategy for the client to increase visibility and engagement in its target regions.
Content strategy & visual identity
We readjusted the content strategy to align better with what their audience was looking for—industry insights, success stories, and updates on the latest in identity management. We developed a new visual identity for the company’s page on LinkedIn and posted new types of content (video, carousels).
The shift positioned our client as a rising and challenger brand instead of being perceived as just another company. The new content direction made the company’s LinkedIn posts more relevant and appealing.
Targeted campaigns
Instead of ad-hoc posts, we developed a monthly content calendar with relevant content themes. We ran campaigns, developed a monthly social media calendar, and used the tool stack of HubSpot, and Figma for the design, and native scheduling of posts.
Along with it, we launched a series of paid LinkedIn campaigns specifically focused on the client’s key markets in the Middle East and Europe.
These campaigns highlighted the company’s innovation and leadership in regulatory technology, helping attract the attention of industry insiders. With a modest budget of under $1000 monthly, we maximized reach by strategically targeting decision-makers and influencers.
Dynamic video content
We introduced video content to take advantage of LinkedIn’s native video features. These videos—from product demonstrations to customer testimonials—drove engagement by providing the audience with interactive, engaging material that brought the company’s solutions to life.
LinkedIn Ads
We ran LinkedIn conversion ads to bump up the sales funnel. It also improved the company’s recognition and helped generate inbound leads through the website.
Overall, these campaigns exceeded lead generation and branding goals by creating familiarity and credibility in the market.
Results
The results were impressive, and the company’s LinkedIn presence transformed over the second half of fiscal year 2023.
Post visibility
The monthly impressions increased to 78000, marking a 753% increase compared to the earlier half of the year. This significant leap helped the client break through the noise and establish a stronger brand presence on LinkedIn.
Successful video campaigns
The introduction of video posts was a fresh and welcome addition to its content mix. In just a few months, these videos got over 6600 views, totaling more than 10 hours of playtime, proving the value of visual storytelling.
Follower growth
Along with the increased engagement, the client gained 8000+ new followers in 2023, reflecting an annual growth rate of 34.7% (compared to the previous period). It expanded the reach and attracted more leads and customers.
With its LinkedIn presence fully aligned with the company’s growth plans, the client is in a much better position to continue expanding in the Middle East and Europe, all while staying ahead of the competition.
Key takeaway
By refining our client’s content strategy and execution, we made a measurable difference in the brand’s perception and page growth within the target audience. Targeted campaigns and video content helped transform the company’s visibility on LinkedIn.
These improvements didn’t just boost the numbers—they strengthened the customer’s brand, making it a more visible and trusted company in the identity management and workflow automation category across the regions it serves.
However, it wouldn’t have been possible without the executive support and the leadership team’s vision to bring a professional and dedicated team to manage the company’s LinkedIn page.
